General Aspects: they are peas of the last harvest uniform beige colour and healthy, clean, calibrated and dry.

The product is free of foreign substances and colours, free of mouse feces, fungi, living or evolutionary state  insects.

Quality specification: The beansare subjected to a cooking test whose result is the absence of hard beans.
